·     Material received before or after these dates will be
assessed additional fees.
·     Freight received after Feb 27th will be assessed an
additional $25 per 100 weight.

 DRAYAGE CHARGES

·     Drayage charges will be approximately HALF the cost of most conventions at $45 per one-hundred-weight with a 200lb. min.
·     Boxes will be charged $30 per box (not skidded freight).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

·     Most product can be shipped class 60, NOT class 125 like most trade shows.
·     A $100 access fee will be charged to those bringing their product directly to the Show floor.
·     If your return shipment requires special handling or delivery options, additional handling charges will apply.
·     If your return shipment is not properly labeled for return a marking and tagging charge of $25 will apply. Any return shipments that require skidding and/or shrink wrapping will be accessed a handling charge of $50 per skid. A $25 assessment will also apply to shipments that are not properly shrink-wrapped.
